Take Care of Your Body.

in honor of eating disorder awareness month, i have designed these shirts to help bring awareness to those who have dealt with an eating disorder, those who are in recovery from an eating disorder, for those who have a loved one who has been diagnosed with an eating disorder, and for those who have a heart of wanting to understand and learn more about eating disorders.

this shirt represents being kind to your body and taking care of it no matter what that looks like.

from my own experience, i have been through different seasons where care has looked different. some has looked like meeting with outpatient team weekly. other seasons has been seeking extra support throughout the week and reaching out to others. there have also been seasons of needing extra care around me so that i can learn to care for myself.

in every season, i was worthy to show my body the care that it so deserves and needs.

i pray that this shirt would be a reminder that your body is your home. be gentle with it and take care of it. whatever that care looks like, you are worthy of it <3
